Advanced Driver Technology

At the core of the 5090 is the C3 Continuous Curved Cone™ mid/bass driver. This innovative design combines the bass performance of a traditional conic cone with the high/mid-range control of a flared cone, resulting in superior bass dynamics and smoother high-frequency integration with the tweeter, enhancing overall sound quality.

High-Frequency Driver

The high-frequency driver in the 5090 is based on the design principles of Q Acoustics' flagship Concept series. Hermetically sealed and mechanically isolated from the front baffle, it is protected from internal cabinet pressures and resonances caused by the mid/bass driver. This isolation, combined with a vented inner chamber, reduces distortion and allows for a lower crossover point, ensuring seamless integration through the crossover region.
