High-Frequency Driver Design

The high-frequency driver unit is derived from the design principles of the latest Concept series. It is hermetically sealed and mechanically isolated from the baffle to prevent pressure modulations and resonances. The vented inner chamber helps reduce distortion, while the lower crossover point ensures seamless integration with the mid/bass driver.

Mid/Bass Driver Design

The C3 Continuous Curved Cone™ is the centerpiece of the 5040's mid/bass driver design.
