Return Policy

1. Introduction

We offer a 14-day trial period for our products. This trial period provides us the opportunity to prove the quality of our products, while giving you the chance to experience a product that meets your specific needs. During this trial period, you can return the product to:

2. Term Duration / Right of Withdrawal

  1. Based on the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 BW), the consumer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.
  2. This 14-day return policy applies to all countries within the European Union.
  3. This period begins on the day the ordered goods are delivered.
  4. If the consumer does not return the goods to Great Audio within this period, the purchase becomes final.
  5. The consumer must notify Great Audio of the return within 14 days of delivery and provide proof that the goods have been returned on time, such as a postal receipt.
  6. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

3. Return Process

  1. When returning hardware, all items, accessories, and contents must be returned in the original packaging.
  2. The original packaging must remain fully intact, including inner and overlay boxes.
  3. No stickers or tape are allowed on the product boxes; only transparent tape may be used to seal the overlay box.
  4. The address label should be placed over the old shipping label or the original labels should be removed.
  5. The product must be returned complete with all accessories and documentation.
  6. Upon receiving the returned product, Great Audio will inspect it for any damage or missing parts.
  7. Any damage or missing accessories may result in a deduction from the refund, which will be communicated to the consumer beforehand.
  8. Any additional costs such as taxes, import duties, or shipping fees will not be refunded.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods or products clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life.
  3. The right does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
  4. Goods that, by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery cannot be returned.
  5. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been broken after delivery.
  6. Contracts for the delivery of magazines or illustrated publications, with the exception of subscriptions, are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
