Detailed Description

Advanced Conductor Design

The QED Signature Revelation features ten silver-plated 99.999% oxygen-free copper central conductors, each with a 19/0.1mm configuration. This design ensures incredibly low resistance, providing detailed and accurate sound reproduction.

Teflon Dielectrics

To maintain its low impedance, the Signature Revelation utilizes Teflon dielectrics. This low constant dielectric material reduces the amount of audio signal energy lost due to cable capacitance, preserving the integrity of the audio signal.

Aircore™ Technology

The cable employs QED’s Aircore™ technology, which bundles several separately insulated smaller cores together to create a larger cross-sectional area (CSA). Arranging these conductors around a hollow central core of polyethylene significantly reduces the self-inductance exhibited by the cable, enhancing its performance.

Low Resistance and Capacitance

With a wire gauge of 16 AWG, the QED Signature Revelation has a jacket outer diameter of 5.00mm and a cross-sectional area of 1.50mm². Its loop resistance is a mere 0.020 Ω/m, and it has a capacitance of 35pF/m and an inductance of 0.52 µH/m. These specifications contribute to its low resistance and capacitance, making it ideal for high-fidelity audio setups.
