Detailed Description
Pure Silver Coils
The Ethos SE uses Ag 9999 pure silver coil windings, resulting in lower internal resistance and fewer windings. This reduction in mass allows for improved tracking and enhanced transient response, reducing resonance and flattening frequency response across the audio band.
Low-Mass Cross-Armature Core
Utilizing high permeability Swedish iron in a low-mass cross-armature design, the Ethos SE provides improved channel separation. This design offers a realistic stereo soundstage, enhances high-frequency detail, reduces distortion, and minimizes mis-tracking.
Vital Line-Contact Stylus
The cartridge features a low tip-mass, large contact-area diamond stylus with a polyhedral line-contact profile. This design optimizes high-frequency response while minimizing distortion and resonance, delivering clear and precise audio reproduction.
GOL-1 Generator
